The Camões Institute and the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa invited the singer Aurea to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April with the Goan community. The concert began with the presence of the Goan singer Sonia Shirsat, known as the fado singer of Goa, who decided to start with the iconic song that marked the 25th of April: “Grândola Vila Morena.” Aurea, accompanied by her two musicians Guilherme Marinho and Bruno Duro, enchanted the audience with her beautiful voice.
