Álvaro Mota is the latest addition to the coaching staff of Sreenidi Deccan, thanks to an agreement with Benfica. This academy already includes three Portuguese professionals, among them CFO Fábio Ferreira, who initially came as a coach but stayed on to see his dream become a reality. Where there was once only an empty field, there is now a grass pitch where young Indians train under the watchful eye of Álvaro Mota, with hopes of becoming professional footballers of the first division.
